Is the garden visit really free?
Yes. A designer or crew leader visits, measures the garden, talks through what you want and sends a written estimate within three working days. There is no charge and no obligation.
How much does a new garden cost?
Most of our back-garden makeovers cost between $15,000 and $45,000, depending on the size and the materials. Our estimate form gives a guide price as soon as you enter your garden size.
Do you design and build, or just build?
Both. We can build from your own plan or another designer's, or design it ourselves. If we build a garden we designed, the design fee comes off the build price.
When is the best time to start?
Hard landscaping can be built all year. Planting and turfing are best in spring and autumn. Book in winter for a garden that is ready by early summer.
Are you insured and guaranteed?
Yes. We carry $5M public liability insurance, our arborists are ISA certified, and we guarantee patios and walls for 10 years and plants and lawns for 12 months.
Can I cancel a maintenance plan?
Yes, at any time. Plans are month to month with no contract. We only ask for two weeks' notice so we can plan the crew's route.
